D5652: don't CreateItem when the item is known to be already in the DB. Use ModifyItem instead.

  Yes, I ran the tests. As you said, they are not very stable (especially akonadi-sqlite-collectionattributetest and akonadi-mysql-fs-itemstoretest)
  but I could at least run each of them with a "Passed".
  Also, I'm using the modified code now in my productive environment and so far did not see any additional problem.
