[Kde-pim] Akonadi keeps re-downloading gigabytes of mail, and other problems

Hi,

I have `akonadictl restart` running and logging to a console, and I have 3 
messages that KMail2 refuses to show contents of. So if anybody is up for some 
debugging, I'm there.
