REVISION SUMMARY
  The patch is not ready yet, so for now this review is just for getting
  some feedback.
  
  The main blocker is that the localized entries do not appear in the map <key,value>
  of the KConfigGroup. Only the untraslated ones do.
  
  Maybe we need to use somehow KConfig::setLocale first, I need to investigate
  this...
