Add grantlee to build dependencies in kdesrc-build

Hey,

no a blogpost isn't written till now.

My setup is to use a docker env to build everything (including complete kde 
frameworks):
https://github.com/cmollekopf/docker/blob/master/kdesrcbuild/
buildenvironments/debian-kf5/Dockerfile

The kdesrc-buildrc is quite small and straight forward:
https://github.com/cmollekopf/docker/blob/master/kdesrcbuild/debian-kf5/
kdesrc-buildrc

so it is all just a matter to create a list of all depended libs to install 
and this unfortunately distro specific.
