[Kde-pim] Something is fishy with our Apidocs

I talked about it with Olivier on IRC, we can already have all our libs and apps on api.kde.org, we just need to add the right metadata to our repos. I'll work on it tonight.

Ok thanks Oliver for working on this :-). But "only KDE4 API" also does not 
appear to be true. E.g. Kleopatra and libkleo are there and up to date 
although under a 4.x URL and they were part of Kdepim in 4.x times.
