[Kde-pim] Kontact Quick Weekly Meeting Notes

Hi PIM people,

Christian and I had a Google Hangout to discuss the further proceedings
with Kontact Quick.

We plan to have a regular Hangout (weekly for now). Everyone who is
interested in pushing Kontact Quick is invited to join. The next meeting
will be Thursday, 15 October, 17:30 CEST. Please let us know, if you want
to join, but the time/date does not work for you.

##News
* Michael is now employed by Kolab Systems to work 14h/week on Kontact Quick
* The Kontact Quick repository and Phabricator project are setup.

## Communication Channels
* This is a KDE Project. We will use the KDE infrastructure and channels
  * phabricator projects: "AkoandiNext" and "Kontact Quick"
  * mailinglist: kde-pim at kde.org

### Meetings
* regularly. weekly for now. evtl bi-weekly in the future
* we are using google hangout for now
* meeting notes will be sent to kde-pim at kde.org

##Documentation
* will live in the git repository for now, written in markdown
* some concerns about accessibility for non-developers

##License
* probably GPLv2+
* Christian will check if Kolab Systems has different requirements

## Tasks
Michael:
* start documentation for everything related to user-centered design
* writes example model + qml ui for architecture review (probably a mail
list)
* checks for minimal required Qt Version for the QtQuick Components he
wants to use

Christian:
* will check if Kolab Systems has different license requirements
* continues inventory of existing features and looks into to what extend
these are reusable for Kontact Quick
* moves his architecture related documentation in the git repository
