[Kde-pim] libkcal: notes.txt in my home folder

Hey all,

something is creating a ~/notes.txt folder on every startup for me with the 
following contents:

BEGIN:VCALENDAR
PRODID:-//K Desktop Environment//NONSGML libkcal 4.3//EN
VERSION:2.0
X-KDE-ICAL-IMPLEMENTATION-VERSION:1.0
END:VCALENDAR

Any idea where that might be coming from? Why is it created? If it's required, 
can I move its location?
