[Kde-pim] Cleaning up obsolete features

Just my opinion as a user, but...

This is nice, and a feature of other mail clients like Thunderbird. I
sometimes use it to write mails in Vim.

That said, if the vi mode of Kate could be included in the KMail editor
as well, that would solve this for me :-)
