No, you need all of PIM on Qt5.

You don't need Plasma to use KF5 PIM. However currently you need development version of Frameworks to build PIM, so packages won't help you much :( Sometimes it compiles with older frameworks, but you need to manually change required versions in CMakeLists.txt... I think right now Laurent bumps the deps when new Frameworks are released, maybe we could only bump it when we really need it...
