Hi Martin,
yes, Aleix has pointed to (two of the) right people for this topic!
One resource I'd like to point you to is the "Concept" page of the KDE Human 
Interface Guidelines [1] that briefly describes the recommended way to 
approach the concept phase of user interface design. It also links to the 
generic KDE personas [2] (they were created during KDE 4 times but are still 
relevant today) which you should consider as well.
Feel free to run your output by the KDE usability team (consisting of Björn, 
me, and Heiko Tietze, also CC'd) for feedback.
