[Kde-pim] Bugzilla products reorganization

Hi all,

Harald pointed out on IRC that we don't have Bugzilla products for the new
split libraries. I have thus created a new product for each library we have
split from kdepimlibs and I filed a sysadmin ticket to get bugs moved silently
from the components in "kdepimlibs" product to their new respective products.

The mapping is as follows:
kdepimlibs/gpgme++ => gpgme++/general
kdepimlibs/kabc => kcontacts/general
kdepimlibs/kblog => kblog/general
kdepimlibs/kcalcore => kcalcore/general
kdepimlibs/kholidays => kholidays/general
kdepimlibs/kldap => kldap/general
kdepimlibs/kmime => kmime/general
kdepimlibs/kpimidentities => kidentitymanagement/general
kdepimlibs/kpimtextedit => kpimtextedit/general
kdepimlibs/mailtransport => kmailtransport/general
kdepimlibs/qgpgme => gpgme++/qgpgme
kdepimlibs/syndication => syndication/general

After that we can remove the old components from "kdepimlibs" product, and we
will be left only with "akonadi", "general" and "kpimutils" components. The
"akonadi" and "general" components will die once the client libs get merged
into Akonadi server, the "kpimutils" probably needs to remain since we
dissolved the library into various other libraries and kdepim.
