[Kde-pim] Future of KTimeTracker

Hey,

as far as I see you are the most active developvers for ktimetracker. So if 
you don't want to see this program dying you must now step up and take over 
maintainership. The current kdepim team has not the capabilities to do this. 
It is not a very complex program, so is should not that much work :) For sure 
we would help where we can.

If you need more information to deside - please stand up and ask!
