That's the easiest one to resolve: it currently has no Akonadi
resource, and never will simply because it can't. Plasma accesses it
directly via a DataEngine.

My plan for KHolidays under KF5 is to do a straight port and quick
release as soon as it's split from kdepimlibs, then put it into
maintenance mode which will require minimal effort. In fact I have a
branch here with a bunch of commits that is almost ready, and I had
planned to finalise that at the sprint which I missed.

So question is: what do I do with that branch? Do I push to
kdepimlibs/frameworks or kdepimlibs/dev or where? When will kdepimlibs
be split? Or will it ever be split now in a 'reasonable' timeframe for
KHolidays to be useful to Plasma 5? Can we just split off KHolidays on
its own?
