[Kde-pim] akonadi NULL remoteId ... ever set != NULL ?

New problems with akonadi.
I'm now using an owncloud resource and I see that I have 3 calendar events stored in Akonadi
which are not on the owncloud server.
E.g.:
select * from pimitemtable where collectionid=463 and remoteid is null;
+--------+-----+----------+----------------+--------------+------------+---------------------+---------------------+-------+------+------+
| id | rev | remoteId | remoteRevision | collectionId | mimeTypeId | datetime | atime | dirty | size | gid |
+--------+-----+----------+----------------+--------------+------------+---------------------+---------------------+-------+------+------+
| 165366 | 0 | NULL | NULL | 463 | 8 | 2014-01-30 15:52:53 | 2014-02-04 19:07:36 | 1 | 3723 | NULL |
| 166981 | 1 | NULL | NULL | 463 | 8 | 2014-02-04 17:28:41 | 2014-02-04 19:07:56 | 1 | 2071 | NULL |
| 167007 | 0 | NULL | NULL | 463 | 8 | 2014-02-03 14:01:42 | 2014-02-04 19:07:36 | 1 | 2012 | NULL |
+--------+-----+----------+----------------+--------------+------------+---------------------+---------------------+-------+------+------+
Question: if for whatever reason an entry in akonadi did not get a remoteId from the owncloud server, will it try it again at some point ?
As you can see, the first event is from last week, I can see it in korganizer, but it is still not on the owncloud server (checked
with the webpage).
What can I do to ensure the synchronization ?
(I already restarted the owncloude resource)
