[Kde-pim] kaddressbook takes 1.3G RSS for ~550k entries

Just out of interest, what numbers do you get with a bleeding edge kdepimlibs 
master build? I've optimized two cases and wonder what the gain is for your 
real-world data compared to my findings using generated test data. FTR I found 
that my patches decrease memory consumption by around 17%.
