[Kde-pim] kaddressbook takes 1.3G RSS for ~550k entries

Hi Milian,

I have seen the commits go by - thanks for your efforts! Sadly, right now,
I don't have a built-from-source kdepim on a machine where I can test (I
usually only build the Exchange stuff from playground). If I can bridge
that gap, I will report back.
