Sorry for repeating myself, but it seems like my previous suggestion was 
somehow lost to all but Heiko:
"Formatted Text" would solve our problem as well, because it's generic 
enough to encompass both RTF and HTML without further specifying it, and 
I am pretty certain that it will be understood by at least as many users 
as Rich Text, and probably more (even complete computer n00bs know what 
"formatting" is, but they may never have heard of "rich text").
Any objections to "Formatted Text"? Way me also use "Formatting" if we 
want to keep it short, because in fact you turn formatting on with this 
button.
