[Kde-pim] Displaying Kleopatra windows on top

I'm guessing the answer to this question is - theres no way ...

I'm invoking kleopatra in response to clicks on the signature fingerprint for 
signed messages, either to display the key detail (if its a known key) or to 
display the key search dialogue, the idea being that the user can easily 
download new keys and/or set their trust levels etc.

Of course kleopatra is usually behind everything and worse, the detail/search 
dialogs are behind kleopatra - people just see blinking icons in the task bar.

It would be nice if I could force them to the top of the window lists, but 
thats a pretty contriversial behaviour  - but I will point out that it would 
be in response to a user request for those windows.

Any thoughts on how to improve the user experience? could notifications be 
tied into this?
