The recommended way is to use the KWin settings - right click on the
title bar of the window > More Actions > Keep Above Others.
Unfortunately, though, in Mageia it doesn't always seem to work.  I've
been trying to force Password Required windows to be always on top,
without success.

This isn't something I've used a great deal, but I'm fairly sure that
it worked in Fedora when I needed it, so I don't know whether it's a
version problem, a package problem, or....
