[Kde-pim] Calendar plugin for Exchange

Cool. Just a heads up that I think I did a pretty complete job of
mapping Exchange properties to KDEPIM for Calendar (and Contacts and
Mail too) in the MAPI stuff in playground in case that is of interest.
