[Kde-pim] UML of KABC:ADress Class

Hmm, usually Doxygen would have generated an inheritance diagram.
Anyway, neither Addressee nor Address have base classes or subclasses.
They both use QSharedDataPointer to get value behavior with copy-on-write 
semantics (like most Qt classes).

Addressee is using Address and a couple of other specialized data type 
classes.
