Please check if the mails that disappear are piped through an external 
application (e.g spam filter) or not, or if they have multiple filter 
actions on them.

Ok, I misunderstood you in that case.

I see, again, I misunderstood you. I understood that the mails have the 
content on disk. I'm really interested in this bug, would be nice if you 
could find a way to reproduce and to see what filters are acted on those 
mails when the body is lost. I can't imagine anything else that causes body 
loss, but the filters.
