[Kde-pim] Request: disable CI mails on the pim list

Hi,

I am against it.

You can create a filter on " Jenkins build is still unstable"
I think it's usefull to see failed.

Ok at the moment it's not usefull but it helps me to fix some bad commit.
Otherwise I will not see it.
