[Kde-pim] kaddressbook takes 1.3G RSS for ~550k entries

Hi,

Has anybody looked at the per-entry memory consumption in kaddressbook? I
may have a somewhat extreme use case, but

  PID USER      PR  NI  VIRT  RES  SHR S  %CPU %MEM    TIME+  COMMAND

 2769 xxxxxxxxx  20   0 1894m 1.4g  20m S   0.7 23.4   1:29.85 kaddressbook


The Properties dialog claims I have 550,832 entries taking 135.2 MiB. My
entries are very simple, consisting of no more than an email address, plus
a simple address in about half the cases.

Also, is there a way to turn off the barcodes?
