[Kde-pim] Review Request: Add 'Save Attachments' menus to kmail

Peter, I understand the need for simplicity and reducing clutter.   

How about a toolbar action for the reader window that 
I would have to add to the toolbar myself?

For me having a save all attachments button would greatly improve my work flow.

(Right now I have to move the reader window out of the way or close it 
in order to right click on the message in the message list)
