[Kde-pim] Facebook notifications from Facebook resource

Hi,

I'm trying to add KNotifications from the Facebook resource whenever
there's a new notification sync'd in. But I'm unsure how to do that.

Can the resource know which items are new in the collection after it was
sync'd? Should I just use Akonadi::Monitor in the resource?
