[Kde-pim] [GSoC 2012] Improve KOrganizer templates

Hi,

Another problem with templates is how they are applied. For example applying a 
template to a new event will change the time of that event, and consequently 
optional reoccurrence will not be corrected either.

I filed a bug report about the problems I found here:
