[Kde-pim] Activating resources when added

When a resource is added through one of the user interfaces, it will usually 
also get its configuration phase triggered (e.g. a file based resource asks for 
the file name and so on).

Given that the configuration is valid, it should become active right away.

Any resource in particular that does not do that?
