[Kde-pim] All Accounts offline - whats a user to do?

How curious. Yesterday, and then again just now, my IMAP account greyed
out. However, no amount of "akonadictl restart", akonadiconsole toggle
online/offlline, logout/login, nor even a reboot seems to bring it back.

(Except that the overnight reboot clearly did).

This is on Kubuntu Precise, current beta, with all latest updates. No
libkdepim etc. changes from my dev env are involved.
