[Kde-pim] Debugging emails on the server not shown in kmail2

I sent a mail, but knode lost it somehow...

Debugging tips:
- akonadiconsole, DB Browser, pimitemtable and partstable. Find the mail 
(e.g by its date/envelop) and see if the information is correct there
- if yes, check if the bug appears in different messagelist view (View-
>Message List and configure them), different options there, etc.
