[Kde-pim] Requirements for working with kaddressbook

I think you need the sources for the kdepim module/repository and run cmake on 
the top level directory's CMakeLists.txt

Then you can change into the build tree's subdirectory for kaddressbook and 
run make there.

Yes, that should work. You'll need development packages for Qt, kdelibs and 
kdepimlibs.
