[Kde-pim] Mail loss when moving email while it is downloaded

I suspect it also happens for filtering, i.e. if messages are filtered while I 
get "In offline mode message could not be retrieved" the messages in the 
target folder are empty as well. As if the cache would only contain the 
headers (for the message list) and only that content gets filtered.
