[Kde-pim] Review Request: Add 'Save Attachments' menus to kmail

I never knew about the right-click-menu entry to save all attachments at a 
time. I always looked for a button but there is none. Maybe it would be a good 
idea to add a "save all" button next to the attachments (if present). I think 
this would be very useful and way more convenient to the user than a right-
click-menu entry.
