[Kde-pim] autocreating akonadi imap resources

How can I set up my systems so that my users can just run Kontact and have 
their IMAP account already set up?

I was able to create a default identity, set up an LDAP address book, and set 
up a default smtp server by deploying the following files:
/etc/kde4/emaildefaults
/etc/kde4/mailtransports
/etc/kde4/kabldaprc

I tried a similar approach with /etc/kde4/akonadi_imap_resource_0rc, but it 
did not work.

Any ideas?
