[Kde-pim] Filters in kmail2rc and akonadi_mailfilter_agentrc

All rules is store in akonadi_mailfilter_agentrc not in kmail2rc.
If there is still rules in kmail2rc is that migrate-kmail-filters.pl was not 
launch.
