[Kde-pim] New KMail maintainer: KMail

Hi,

I'd like to announce that Laurent Montel has taken over maintainership of 
KMail. As you probably know, he is very active with bugfixing, and he will be 
a good fit for a maintainer.
It is great to see KMail getting some developer attention, thanks a lot, 
Laurent! All the best for maintainership and for the future of KMail.

So thanks and congrats to Laurent!
