[Kde-pim] New KMail maintainer: KMail

Hi,
Thanks a lot :)
I will continue to improve KMail and add new features.

For the future I will continue to improve speed and fix lot of bugs in kmail to 
make it stable as kmail 4.4.

I will look at old GSoC to look at if we can use it.
