Yes, I'm volunteering to maintain them. I've already relicensed the library as LGPL, and used dpointers in all classes except in kacalendar.h which contains classes with only static members.

I'm not sure - it could be simply kalarm (and therefore libkalarm.so binaries), or if that is thought confusing, I'd go for kalarmcal. Currently the library uses the 'KAlarm' namespace.
