[Kde-pim] kmail - create new mail - email address suggestion list doesn't contain any addressbook contacts

Following processes are running according to KDEs SystemMonitoring tool:
akonadi_nepomuk_calendar_feeder
akonadi_nepomuk_contact_feeder
akonadi_nepomuk_email_feeder

strigi is switched off in KDEs Control Panel.
