Hi Sven,

This depends on what version you're running.
In 4.7 the nepomuk_email_feeder is also used to search an encrypted
index. However I don't think it respects the nepomuk settings (not sure
though).
If you're running master, the nepomuk_email_feeder is likely just a
binary which is left from an old installation. Each feeder was
refactored to a plugin so you should only have one
akonadi_nepomuk_feeder process left. In master there should also be a
explicit option in the nepomuk configuration to disable the feeder, in
case the akonadi_nepomuk_feeder is indexing although you have nepomuk
disabled, this would be a bug.
