[Kde-pim] Moving KAlarm library and Akonadi resources to kdepimlibs and kdepim-runtime

KAlarm has been converted to use Akonadi, and to make the Akonadi resources usable by third parties, I need to move its calendar library to kdepimlibs, and its resource code into kdepim-runtime. Please review the following directories for suitability:

kdepim/kalarm/cal - contains the library to move into kdepimlibs.

kdepim/akonadi - contains the Akonadi resource code. The sub-directory kdepim-runtime is a copy of code from kdepim-runtime/resources, and will be deleted after the move.
