kdepim-build-reports? At work we specifically do not spam all developers 
(and even more bystanders) with build failures. Only the people who made 
changes and the development managers get the notifications. Spamming 
everybody for every failure will only result in everybody creating an 
email filter which moves those annoying messages to the trashbin. IOW 
you will get exactly the opposite result than the one you desire which, 
I guess, is a timely fix of the breakage ideally by the person who 
introduced the breakage in the first place.

We did point Bugzilla notifications to kdepim-bugs for similar reasons.
