[Kde-pim] (akonadi) regression in 4.7.3

Hello everybody!

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=285676 describes how to reproduce a 
regression introduced with 4.7.3 which renders various folders within kmail 
unusable. Basically it prevents that messages within a folder are retrieved 
from local storage and makes kmail lag for dozens of seconds before showing 
the content of other emails.

Is there anyone among the devs who can check whether it is reproducible for 
him as well and maybe even fix it before 4.7.4 is released?
