Sorry, there doesn't seem to be any automated way of generating these formats - the information for each country is a PDF file, with a varying format and level of detail.  Some local knowledge may be needed as well for the languages spoken in that country and the translation of "PO Box".

But if I spot any further obvious ones then I will commit as suggested.
