[Kde-pim] Finding resources/collections for an AgentInstance

How can I find which Collections belong to an AgentInstance?
Alternatively, how can I find the resource belonging to an AgentInstance -
that would enable a CollectionFetchJob to be used to get the Collection
list.

The Akonadi library allows mapping from Collection -> Resource ->
AgentInstance, but AFAICS doesn't make it easy to follow the trail in the
opposite direction.
