Summary
-------

This patch raises the min version of SDO in kdepim-runtime to 0.6.50 and changes code in the contact feeder according to the new cardinalities. Since kdelibs 4.7 will depend on SDO newer than 0.6 also this is necessary.
And which adding cardinalities is not exactly backwards-compatible there is no way around it: the ontologies need to be fixed. The alternative would be tons of problems and workarounds everywhere.
