Changes

New version of the patch.
This patchs creates a new method called View::currentItem which is used by View::setCurrentThreadExpanded.
Also, it makes it possible to focus group headers by clicking them.


Summary
-------

This patch makes the actions that handle expanding and collapsing threads to handle group headers too, so groups can be opened and closed by using the menu or key shortcuts.
