Haven't we discussed exactly the same question a few weeks ago already?

IIRC the answer was an unanimous "No way!" the reason being that 
KOrganizer, KAddressbook and KMail are so tightly coupled (e.g. they 
share multiple kdepim-internal libraries) that this option is simply 
impossible.
