http://community.kde.org/KDE_PIM is a Wiki. So, no expert knowledge is 
needed.

The pages on pim.kde.org are created with PHP, but if you directly work 
with the HTML pages delivered by the webserver then a bit of HTML 
knowledge should suffice.

On http://community.kde.org/KDE_PIM/Webpage_Consolidation there is a 
(probably incomplete) TODO list of pages that still need to be migrated.
