Well... if it is only used by kdepim, why is it in kdepimlibs?
kdepimlibs is for shared libraries that can be used by <anything>

there are no other uses in kdepimlibs of statisticsproxymodel, so I
guess a statisticsproxymodel2 could be used ...

I guess all relevant code needs to be checked anyway for not (ab)using
or relying on other bits of QSFPM anyways.
